SEVEN WINNERS PERCUSSION WORKSHOP WMSA
Sunday, April 25th has been a benefit for children in South Africa. This took place in the Badcuyp. WMSA Klawer Foundation and thank everyone who was present and helped to raise money together for the lives of the children to color. The benefit concert has become a busy day with extraordinary performances by MILC and EFFIE & EVE. To conclude the benefit concert was still a lottery. Here are seven participants a free workshop samba percussion playing in WMSA. Three participants won a free workshop to play Didgeridoo. A happy and shocked deelnemertje won the delicious cake and the big winner ... who went home with a romantic dinner for two at an Italian restaurant!
Aloysius SCHOOL MUSICAL ON talents
Monday, May 17 starting with WMSA IJsterk Schools & Education Foundation with the search for musical talent on the Aloysius School in the Western Street. Through the project, The Tinderbox, parents can give their children for various classes including learning drumming in a marching band and didgeridoo making and playing. Children in the basement and learn what a didgeridoo is where this tool comes from. They also learn how a didgeridoo can create and play course. Children in upper leather drums with sticks. How to make music together, writing and how you present. The project will last eight weeks. Afterwards, the children who want to teach their classes in World Music prosecute Amsterdam.
